Your bookings

Chose the boat you like best, with or without skipper. Contact us or your Agent and specify the following: the type of boat you have chosen; number of passengers; scheduled departure and arrival dates and other possible dates. On booking you will be asked the payment of a deposit. We will send you a contract for signature confirming your reservation, along with a list of the details relevant to the watercraft.

Price of the boat

Ocne you have made the reservation and paid for the deposit, you will only have to settle the price of the contract together with possible optionals duly described: there are no other hidden expenses. Any other service shall be invoiced separately.

If we replace your boat

We do hope we do not have to replace the watercraft you booked. We are rarely compelled to make some substitutions owing to problems that never depend upon our company. In this case, we will let you know about the matter as early as possible. This way you will have another boat, though corresponding to the same standards and sizes of the boat you chose previously. Should this not be possible, we shall provide you with a better and larger yacht without increasing the price.

Your undertaking

Contract of charter

The charter agreement is a legal document requested by the Greek Department of Merchant Navy and issued in order to protect your interest.

Payment of your boat

On booking you will pay for a deposit through your Agent or directly through us: this is your undertaking. You shall pay for the whole amount of the invoice before you start your holidays or you will have to follow further instructions you will be given. On embarking you will pay caution money in cash, by traveller’s cheques, Eurocheques or credit card. You shall be reimbursed the caution money as soon as you return the watercraft, after we have verified its integrity.

Your accommodation on board

The boat shall be used only by the people mentioned in your crew list; you are not allowed to share the boat with third persons or host other people aboard.

If you cancel your booking

If you want to cancel your booking, please write to your agent or to our office. Your letter or fax message will have to signed by the same person who signed the contract previously. In order to cover the cancellation charges and to compensate us for the loss we might suffer owing to the non-charter of the boat to other customers, we request a refund. Please see the list mentioned below. The amount of the sum to be deducted depends on the date of receipt of your letter or fax. You may be given an option to stipulate a consistent insurance policy, in order that you are reimbursed for the amount you paid.

• Within 30 days or before departure:
  20% on deposit
